Good workout day

When the month is over I will post how many calories I burned, how many km I have reached, how many burgers I have burned with this workouts and how much CO2 I have saved using bike instead of a car. Today I ran 7,85km in 35minutes on a treadmill. It is more easy to run on treadmill than outside, because when you run on treadmill you use the energy of the treadmill to drag you forward so you don´t use as much of muscles, but when you run outside you use more muscle and it is quite harder, well at least if you are going to run as fast as on treadmill. But the treadmill is also a good workout.

Morning:Herbalife Fruit with fruit juice.
Morning Snacks:Fruit Skyr (similar to jogurt) lots of protein
Afternoon:Herbalife Fruit with fruit juice.
Afternoon Snacks:Vanilla Skyr (similar to jogurt) lots of protein
Evening:Healthy home made pizza
