The day started quite good, woke up a little late but it was ok. Went with my daughter to kindergarden and then to work. Very nice weather outside this morning but a small wind. It is harder to cycle to work when it is windy. It is always like when it is windy in the morning I always cycle against the wind and when I cycle home the wind had turned and I cycle again against the wind. It is harder to cycle home because it is more uphill so am very hot when I arrive home. I did some exercise in the afternoon, ran 7,82km in 35minutes. I also hurt my foot because I did not stretch my muscles. Tomorrow I am going to do some upper body exercises. With the runs I always do pushups, something called army pushups. Three times 25 pushups and my chest is blowing up.
