Slow day

Yesterday I hurt my leg so I did not do any running today so I just went to the gym and did some workout on my upper body. I´m going to party after work so there will be some beer, alcahol and good food.

Morning:Bread with cheese.
Morning Snacks:Fruit Skyr
Afternoon:Fruit Herbalife share with fruit juice
Afternoon Snacks:Vanilla Skyr (similar to jogurt) lots of protein
Evening:Beer
