New Health Blog

So I have been working out for the past two years but not nearly completed.  So I will post diary about my health, food, workout and such and you can see how it is going.  I´m also using endomondo witch is a very cool website that collects every workout that I do.

Today I was a bit lazy, I workout every day excluded weekends.  But what I do every day other than driving is cycling to work and home, it is about ~2km.  I was going to run but I have a small issue with my shoulder, I know it should not matter but, the laziness got on hold of me.  But tomorrow I´m going to run about 8km within 35minutes, my record is 8.35km in 35minutes and that was hard.

Food

Morning:Herbalife Fruit with fruit juice.
Morning Snacks:Nothing (To much do to in work, I forgot)
Afternoon:Serrano Chicken Burrito small one
Afternoon Snacks:Nothing (To much do to in work, I forgot)
Evening:Home made pizza

And because it´s my wife birthday I will eat a cake later in the evening. :)
